Which of these universities is better in an overall sense....?

I have been accapted to all of the following: Fresno State, Sacramento State,Chico State, UC Davis and UC Santa Cruz...which one is the best and where should I attend? I am interested in the International Relations major tied to some minor i business and politics. Whats ur advice..and thanks so much! oh yeah currently I am waiting on UCLA and UC Berkely...messacge if u like...cuz this is very important to me!
