Will air force take me with a misdemeanor marjuana charge?

when i was 18 i was in a car with 2 buddies that and one had it on him. the cop was a and charged us all instead of just him. i tried to keep it from my parents so me being 18 and an idiot i just plead guilty to something that wasnt mine. right now im working on getting it expunged. now i know they can still see it if its expunged but i really want to go to the air force my last resort is army. do you guys think they would give me a waiver for this?
