I have had these small cuts on my labia minora some people say but I think I have BV, could that b it?

I used the vagisil screening kit and it said I had a 4.5 or 5.0 and it might be BV( Bacterial Vaginosis ) but I had these cuts two weeks ago, got my period and now they back? PLEASE HELP..could it be from BV or an infection? It came out of NOWHERE ever since last year I had it once last yr and now this year 3 or 4 t imes in the past month! they only bleed upon touch.. why do people ALWAYS think l things are ?!?! HELP ME....
