Should I have my gallbladder removed before pregnancy?

i had one attack , out of the blue. gallbladder went away as per docs recommendations within a month of the attack. absolutely no side effects from the surgery in 2001. do it. my recovery was an easy two weeks from the laproscopic surgery.
