Who are you supposed to buy a gift for out of the wedding party?

I'm getting married in a month and I know your supposed to buy a gift for the groomsmen, bridesmaids, flowergirl and ring boy......but are you supposed to give the parents gifts too???.. Not too clear on that part of the "wedding ettiquette"...Thanks!!!
