Is the UK release date for the Watchmen movie the same or close to the US release date?

I am a US student studying abroad in the UK next semester. I'm a HUGE fan of Watchmen, and I'm eagerly anticipating the movie. I've tried to find this information online, but I can't find a UK release date for the movie. In the US it comes out March 9. Does anyone know when it comes out in the UK?
