Best music producing software?

FL Studio, Logic Pro, Garage Band, Pro Tools, any other suggestions. I'm getting a new computer soon so Mac or PC. Also, I like to create hip hop beats, stuff like Pete Rock, DJ Premier, Kanye West, Scott La Rock, The Roots. I also have guitar, b and drums so i could record too. Hip Hop Jazz, Also incorporate funk into it, i want to be able to have a wide range of sound though. Hip Hop Jazz to West Coast G Funk. Albums like !llmatic, Reasonable Doubt, The Tipping Point, College Dropout, Late Registration. The Chronic, stuff like that. Thank You.
